This Boerewors seasoning is a secret family recipe that will make the most flavour packed sausage you’ve ever had !

Directions for use: add meat mixture (2kg ground beef, 1.3kg ground prok, 1.2kg pork fat, 0.5kg bacon). Add 125ml Malt vinegar and 60ml Worchester sauce. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Fill sausage casings. Cook and eat fresh.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use only as directed.
